Sample Mentoring Plan
- Identifying a group of 4 or 5 professionals eager and willing to be developed into project analysts/financial modelers.
- An intensive program of at least one week introducing the ideas and theory of project financial and risk analysis and foundation of financial modeling.
- Hands-on skill building using a project and concepts that follow the foundations and principals of the company’s development projects.
- Individual mentorship for at least three months for each of the professionals aiming at the development of the required skills. This will be virtual with a possible an in-person meeting at the end of that period.
- Long term professional collaboration to assure continuous development of skills.
